Shortly before the deadline for the adoption of the California FY25-26 Budget, the Legislature included $ 500 million for the popular Homeless, Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program ROUND 6 (HHAP 6). The California Department of Housing and Community Development is now moving forward with its implementation of the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) with a deadline for application of August 29, 2025.
